How we work

1. Tell us about the shipment. Origin, destination, cargo type, weight or volume and the date you need it. Our quote form asks for exactly what we need.
2. We plan the route and the paperwork. We choose the corridor and mode that suit your cargo, and check which documents, permits and customs procedures apply before anything moves.
3. We move and clear the cargo. Our team coordinates the port or airport, the trucks, the border crossings and the customs declaration at destination.
4. We deliver and report back. Your goods are delivered to your door, warehouse or project site, and you get the release and delivery documents.

Ports, corridors and borders we work with

Cargo for Rwanda, Burundi and eastern DRC usually lands at one of two Indian Ocean ports. Goods from Mombasa travel along the Northern Corridor through Kenya and Uganda. Goods from Dar es Salaam use the Central Corridor through Tanzania. Both corridors are managed by intergovernmental agencies, the Northern Corridor Transit and Transport Coordination Authority (opens in a new tab) and the Central Corridor Transit Transport Facilitation Agency (opens in a new tab).
